You can use your risk of other heart problems or heart disease to eat healthy foods to reduce every day.

Following a healthy diet the risk of heart can be awarded:

First. For breakfast you should eat foods rich in fiber. Before going to school or work, you should first eat breakfast, at least one bowl of healthy cereal.

Two. The consumption of berries, nuts, whole grain bread stuffed with cabbage or kale.

Three. Eat a handful of nuts without salt several times a week, can peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, and all that is good for the heart.

Four. Eat six servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

Five. If you want a snack, eat an apple. Apples are good for heart health due to its high fiber content.

Six. Believe it or not, the first (two men) glasses of alcohol can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. But, avoid excessive alcohol consumption, because it would be bad for the health.

Seven. Drink orange juice and yogurt as a snack or a salad.
