8 Steps to Make Candied Ginger - Small Snack Tips
Ginger is one of the popular herb and is used throughout the world.

Here are tips to make candied ginger:

Materials needed:

- 1/2 kg of fresh ginger

- 4 cups granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tsp lemon juice

How to make:

1. Peel and wash ginger fresh. Then slice the ginger that is clean with a thickness of 0.3 cm and a width of not more than 2.5 cm.

2. Put the piece of ginger into the pot and add water until submerged, then bring to a boil.

8. Save candied ginger that has been coated with granulated sugar into an airtight container or plastic food storage.

Candied ginger is resistant to eight weeks at room temperature, or about six months when stored in the refrigerator.
