Both of these conditions will lead to increased blood sugar levels. Type 1 is generally caused due to hereditary factors, while type 2 arises because the more complex factors, such as diet or lifestyle.

When a person is diagnosed with pre-diabetes, is a warning to be more careful.

But no need to panic, early diagnosis would be better than all of them have been too late. That's because, do check sugar levels on a regular basis is highly recommended as the early detection efforts.
