1. Ginkgo Biloba

Make tea with fenugreek seeds. Add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water. Let the fenugreek seeds for at least 15 minutes and can be filtered.

Can also add a little honey or sugar to make a delicious drink more tea. Finugreek will help reduce the noises in the ears associated with tinnitus.

4. Black Cohosh

Take two capsules per day of black cohosh to relieve the symptoms of tinnitus. Black cohosh is commonly used in conjunction with ginkgo biloba for the best results in the treatment of tinnitus.

Black cohosh is also known as black snakeroot, rattleroot, bugbane, and rattleweed.

5. Passion Flower
