Components of Physical Fitness
Physical fitness is the body's ability to function effectively when working or doing other things, and still have enough energy to handle or emergencies that may arise.

Physical fitness has several components, as follows:

1. Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance (cardio-respiratory)

Defined as the body's efficiency in delivering oxygen and nutrients needed for muscular activity and transports waste products from the cells.

2. muscle strength

A condition in which muscle or group of muscles expending energy to do the biggest one motion.

3. Muscle endurance

The ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated movements with a sub-maximal force for a long time.

4. flexibility

The ability to move the joints or groups of joints in a normal range of motion.

5. body composition

Percentage of body fat compared to total body mass.

If we can improve the first three components listed above, it will bring a positive impact on body composition in addition also will reduce the amount of fat in the body.

Excessive body fat will reduce other fitness components, reduces performance, disrupting the appearance, and will negatively affect general health.

Other factors such as speed, agility, coordination between eye and hand, as well as coordination between eye and feet are classified as a component of motor fitness.
