How to Increase Sperm Count
Various studies have shown that zinc can help boost sperm production.

In that study, there was a group of people who are given folic acid and zinc sulfate (zinc sulphate) as part of a daily supplement routine.

This study was conducted to find out the effect of zinc on spermatogenesis.

The results showed that both substances can increase sperm count in men.

Studies are still being conducted to find out what are the mechanisms that affect the sperm count.

But at least the results of the study confirm that the zinc and folic acid can help sperm production, so allow infertile men to have children.

Based on the study, respondents were asked to consume zinc and folic acid supplements for about 26 weeks (6 months).

This means that zinc can help boost male fertility, but the results may not be visible instantly.

Daily dose of folic acid recommended is 5 milligrams to 66 milligrams plus zinc sulfate. Both of these substances are safe and no side effects have been reported.

Before starting the 'therapy', it is recommended to consult with your doctor to ensure its safety.

Sperm tests should also be performed before and after treatment to see the effectiveness of or changes in sperm count.
