According to Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine, ginger is regarded as a panacea for colds or flu.
Besides it warms, ginger contains many antiviral compounds.
Drink a cup of ginger tea several times a day (recommended at least 3 times a day).
To make ginger tea is very easy, namely:
1. Add 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger to 1 cup of hot water.
2. Allow up to 10 minutes to dissolve.
3. If you use dried ginger powder, use 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger powder to each cup of hot water.
4. Drink while warm. Slowly sips of ginger ale, do not immediately swallowed.
