According to Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine, ginger is regarded as a panacea for colds or flu.

Drink a cup of ginger tea several times a day (recommended at least 3 times a day).

To make ginger tea is very easy, namely:

1. Add 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger to 1 cup of hot water.

2. Allow up to 10 minutes to dissolve.
