Characteristics of oolong tea

Oolong tea comes from China, and most of its production is still there. Taiwan is the second producing oolong tea. Later, many new manufacturers have started popping up in various countries around the world.
Black Dragon
According to "The Book of Tea and Coffee, China, Oolong means" Black Dragon "or the black dragon, and refers to the way the tea leaves were treated.
Oolong tea is made from tea leaves that had half through a series of oxidation and fermentation processes for the crushed tea leaves and then heated to dry.
For comparison, the black tea is a type of tea that had full oxidation, while green tea and white tea does not undergo the process of oxidation.
Oolong tea caffeine levels
Oolong tea has the highest caffeine content of black tea a second while white tea has the least caffeine content of all types of tea.
